DESCRIPTION OF CIVIL SYSTEM
BG Civil conducted an hydraulic analysis to determine the overland flow extents and effects on the proposed development. Pre and Post modelling was completed to establish the impact of the development on the flood level and surrounding properties.
Using the data generated from this analysis, BG Civil could establish the flood immunity level and suspend the building above any potential flooding risks, ensuring that it would withstand a Q50 Stormwater event, allowing water and debris to flow uninterrupted through the site.
